Short-Throw
Shorter Projection Distance
Better Classroom Management

Got a small-sized classroom? That’s no problem! The BenQ short-throw projectors – refined with BenQ’s market leading short throw technology - only need half of the projection distance of traditional projectors to project a full sized image! These short-throw projectors come with a special aspherical lens precisely calculated and positioned to deliver a large-screen projection in tight spaces without jeopardizing picture quality.

By keeping the projector close to the screen, teachers gain much better control over their classrooms. With the projector placed in front of the class, rather than in the back, nothing can ever come between the projector and the screen. Classroom furniture, book edges and even students can sometimes interrupt teaching sessions by creating distracting shadows on the projection screen! In addition, short throw technology means no projector glare in the teachers’ eyes, meaning they can maintain face to face contact with students.

Interactive Whiteboards
Active Learning is the Key to Education Success

Interactive whiteboards are one of the best education tools available, promoting student participation, higher information retention, and outright learning fun.

Optimizing interactive whiteboard use is BenQ‘s Short-Throw Projector Series. With a unique aspherical lens, BenQ ultra short-throw projectors can be ceiling-mounted as close as 1 meter from the whiteboard, preventing disruptive shadows from being cast on the board.

Network

Crestron® RoomView® LAN Software:
The Ultimate Solution for Easy Maintenance

No more running around between classrooms and performing tasks that normally have to be done in person! The Network models from the BenQ Education Projector Series are Crestron RoomView-supported to provide IT personnel and projector managers simplified real-time, facility-wide central access and control over a single projector or groups of projectors simultaneously via a single station.

Now IT personnel and projector managers can perform remote diagnostics to resolve technical issues in real-time and set up automatic e-mail alerts for routine maintenance and lamp replacements. They can also schedule automatic shut down times for end-of-day, weekends, and holidays. Thus, time, money and energy are saved for better use.

BenQ 3D DLP Link Technology
Elevate Learning to a Whole New Dimension of Fun.

Get ready for some serious learning fun that will get students engaged, excited, and involved! BenQ projectors and DLP Link are taking teaching to a whole new dimension of effectiveness and enjoyment…at no extra costs. Selected BenQ Education Series projectors come standard equipped with 3D technology. And unlike the traditional 3D projector system, which requires two perfectly aligned projectors to transmit two separate video feeds in order to deliver a 3D projection, BenQ has mastered 3D display so as to require only one projector equipped with Front Project 3D DLP Link technology.

3D instruction will be the latest trend in education, opening up new opportunities in teaching methods for educators and students alike. Not only will students be able to better visualize complex concepts such as molecular bond formation and geometry, they can acquire true-to-life experiences such as dissecting a frog through 3D demonstrations. In addition, teachers can take their class on virtual trips all around the world from the Egyptian pyramids to the Great Wall of China using 3D educational media content. Imagine the time and money savings on field trips!
